      We booked a pony rental from Fun Factory for our daughter’s birthday party held at Irvine Montessori School, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The team arrived prepared and immediately made everything feel easy and well coordinated.

      The pony was calm, friendly, and very gentle with all of the children. The handlers were patient, supportive, and clearly experienced working with both kids and animals. They made sure every child had a chance to safely enjoy the ride.

      Some of the younger kids were nervous at first, but the staff encouraged them in a very kind and reassuring way. It didn’t take long before everyone was excited to participate. The activity stayed organized even as the party became more energetic.

      The pony rides ended up being one of the highlights of the entire event. The children loved interacting with the pony, and we got so many great photos throughout the day. It was a smooth, safe, and memorable experience.

      We rented a bounce house for our party in Santa Monica and had a really great experience from start to finish.   We hosted a small birthday get-together for kids at Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Sherman Oaks and kept it pretty simple since the space isn’t really designed for larger parties. We had around 12–15 kids, which felt like a comfortable fit, and it still had a fun, relaxed vibe. To add something special, we hired a SpongeBob character to stop by briefly for photos, cake cutting, and singing happy birthday. We chose them because of their strong reviews and how good the costume looked, and it was exactly as advertised. The performer did a great job keeping things fun and engaging even with the noise and limited space in the restaurant. Overall, it was an easy, low-stress way to make the party feel more special for the kids.

  We hired two face painters for a family day event and they were a fantastic part of the experience. They arrived right on time and came dressed in bright, fun outfits that instantly fit the setting and got the kids excited. From the moment they set up, they created a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere that worked perfectly for a group of young children. The event ran for about two hours and they stayed consistently busy the entire time. With over 80 kids attending, they did a great job managing the flow so there wasn’t too much waiting or confusion. Even with a large crowd, everything felt organized and smooth, and each child still got a proper moment to enjoy their face paint design. The quality of their work was excellent. They offered a wide range of designs including superheroes, princesses, animals, and fantasy-themed characters, and they were able to handle just about any request the kids had. What impressed us most was that even though they worked quickly to keep up with demand, the designs still came out clean, detailed, and colorful. They were also very patient and easygoing with the kids throughout the entire event.   We hired Fun Factory Parties for a birthday event in Encino and booked a couple of their character entertainers along with basic kids entertainment for the group. The kids were really excited from the moment everything started because many of them already recognized the characters from TV and other parties around Encino they had attended before. One thing that stood out right away was the condition of the costumes. We’ve used other entertainment companies in Encino in the past, and sometimes the costumes look different in person than they do in photos, but here everything looked clean, well-kept, and consistent with what was advertised. The performers themselves were also very good with the children. They were friendly, patient, and knew how to adjust their energy depending on the kids’ comfort level, which is especially important for younger age groups. Some kids jumped right in while others were more shy, and they handled both situations well without pushing too hard. The activities they brought were simple and appropriate for the age group in Encino, which helped keep the flow of the party easy and organized.     Our entertainers love creating interactive experiences with music, dancing, games, and plenty of opportunities for children to participate, so we’re thrilled that the preschoolers stayed engaged and had so much fun throughout the event.   We booked Poppy Trolls for our preschool graduation at Everbright Montessori School in Chino, and she was the perfect surprise for the kids. As soon as Poppy walked in, all the children lit up with excitement. She took plenty of time posing for pictures, giving hugs, dancing, and making every child feel special. The costume looked bright, clean, and very well made, which made the experience feel even more magical. The performer was patient, friendly, and wonderful with the kids, creating such a fun and happy atmosphere. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of the school year, and we’ll definitely keep Fun Factory Parties in mind for future events at Everbright Montessori School.

  We had Cookie Monster come to our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Pasadena Pizza, and I’m so glad we decided to do it! The party was Sesame Street themed, so Cookie Monster was the perfect surprise since he’s been her favorite for months. She ran right over to him and was smiling from ear to ear the entire time. The entertainer did such a great job getting all the kids dancing, playing, and laughing together, so no one felt left out. The costume looked clean and really well made, and it matched what we saw on the website. It made for the cutest pictures, and all the parents were asking where we found him. Such a fun experience, and we’d definitely use Fun Factory Parties again for another birthday!
