Rates for LIVE Frozen party characters Olaf Elsa and Anna vary depending on the date of the event as well as how far in advance it is booked. For live characters on the weekends, the usual rate is $215 – $350 depending on mileage and advance notice. If

To make a reservation for a Frozen party character rental, there is a $50 – $75 dollar deposit prior to the event.
